Considerations: Have students perform the exercises in a
slow and controlled manner with good form.
Description:
Have everyone sit on the floor and follow your
lead in performing muscular strength and endurance exercises such as: side leg
raises, push-ups, curl-ups, squats, lunges, calf raises or squat jumps. At the same time, pass a ball around the
room. When the leader yells “It’s your
move!” the one holding the ball is the new leader, and does whatever exercise
he chooses.
